Ouran High School Host Club: Haninozuka Mitsukuni

Haninozuka Mitsukuni, nicknamed "Hani", "Honey", or "Hunny" is a 17-year-old student of Ouran High School, even though he looks as if he belongs in the elementary school department. He is childish, loves sweets, and has a room full of stuffed animals. He often carries a stuffed bunny with him called “Usa-chan” in the anime and “Bun-Bun” in the manga.

Ouran High School Host Club: Kurakano Momoka

The Vice-President of Class 1-A, Momoka conducts meetings with the Class President, Soga Kazukiyo, who actually has feelings for her but is too shy to say anything. She is a classmate of Haruhi and the Hitachiin twins, and is a frequent client of Haruhi’s in the Host Club. She enjoys thrills and adventure which is the exact opposite of Kazukiyo.

Cute cosplay! I had a hard time trying to figure out who she was in the series, but I got it eventually! Thanks to Rue for sending this in!

Surprise Kay-chan!

So my friend Kay-chan was sick today so Ne-chan and surprised her with soup and
of course, our presence. :D
She was very surprised and happy to see us. We mostly talked about our crossplay plans for AOD and looked at pictures online of other crossplayers and characters we might also crossplay as.
It was fun. I just hope she gets well soon.

Oh! We're not doing Ayame and Shigure anymore. It's official. :[ (Although I will probably do Ayame later on...) Anyway. SOOOOOOO....Wanna know what we have chosen? Oh and I must say. Every cosplayer has to do AT LEAST one cosplay that is totally OVER-done. XD

Ouran High School Host Club: Fujioka Haruhi and Ootori Kyouya

The “Natural Type” and the “Cool Type” may not always meet eye to eye, but despite Kyouya’s harsh actions towards Haruhi, he truly does care about her as she does him. When the club went to the beach for some rest and relaxation, Kyouya pretended to be the “bad guy” in order to show Haruhi how worried everyone was about her.

This is so in character that it really makes me laugh! Mother is reprimanding her youngest child! But don’t tell Kyouya that, he might charge me for posting this picture. Haha! Great work!

Ouran High School Host Club: Ootori Kyouya 04

Being the third son of the Ootori Family, Kyouya spent his whole life yielding his talents and abilities so as not to overshadow his older brothers. However, it is clear that he is far more gifted and intelligent that either of them. Kyouya describes his fate as one who is asked to paint the most beautiful painting an a pre-framed canvas.

It is only later when he meets Tamaki that he realizes he does not want to be restricted by such rules.

Quite the Shadow King as I pictured him to be. You can see the embroidery of the school emblem is quite well made as well. Beautiful cosplay!

Ouran High School Host Club: Suou Tamaki and Ootori Kyouya 02

The “Father” and “Mother” of the Ouran Host Club, Tamaki and Kyouya have been friends since middle school, despite their differences. All of the club’s elaborate endeavors are taken cared of by Kyouya and the club usually favors Kyouya’s leadership over Tamaki’s, even though Tamaki is the Founder and Club President while Kyouya serves as vice-president.

You might recognize this cosplayer, since I featured her cosplaying as Nomiya from Honey and Clover… That’s right, she’s Dees, and this is from her Deviant Art Gallery. Great work as usual! Keep it up!

Ouran High School Host Club: Hitachiin Hikaru and Hitachiin Kaoru

The “little devil” types of the Ouran High School Host Club, Hitachiin Hikaru and Hitachiin Kaoru are the twins who show their “forbidden brotherly love” to their customers, do the delight of many girls.

The brothers are quite an interesting pair who rely on each other through moments of loneliness. They are cynical to the world and they do not trust anyone. This is due to a certain event in their past involving their favorite maid.

They love playing the “Which is Hikaru?” game that no one ever gets correctly once they mess us each other’s hair styles. The only one who could tell them apart correctly is Fujioka Haruhi.

I wonder if these cosplayers are twins too? Can anyone guess which is Hikaru?

Ouran High School Host Club: Otori Kyouya and Suo Tamaki

The Vice President and the President of the Host Club, before the host club ever came to be. This was way back when Tamaki was asking Kyouya about the sights in Japan, since it was Tamaki’s first time to Japan at the time. He lived in France all of his life. And Kyouya, being asked by his father to be friendly towards Tamaki, toured Tamaki around Japan, putting up with his selfish ways.

I very casual cosplay compared to the first one. It’s nice to see Kyouya so relaxed. He’s always so tense in the anime. Nice shot too! Good choice of location and time of day.
